This is easy to explain. If a pickpocket attempts to lift your wallet from your coat pocket, and fails, he is still guilty of being a pickpocket even if you didn't notice anything. He should be prosecuted.

Whether or not you are a victim is debatable. But it doesn't matter. Does it? It's the perpetrator that requires attention, not you.

That comes from decades of Democrats always talking $#@!. Always disrespecting Repubs. Always lying about Repubs. Calling them the enemy. Comparing them with enemies. # 4 doesn't work.....when those make accusations of one being a pick pocket when never seeing the one ever engage in pick pocketing someone. Means what? When one has not committed any crime and people just make up a story and keep changing the accusations and attempting to intentional deceive people with a story that keeps a changing narrative. That makes no sense. Their was nothing unclear to either side. They remember the event fully. Your saying he was duped would only add tho the misinterpretation of the never-Trumpers who heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend.
