If it does actually come to confiscation (and I don’t believe it will), nobody will be crossing state lines to “stand with Virginians” outside of a few whackos. Most people that talk tough about war with the government over gun confiscation would piss themselves and hand everything over when they are actually in that situation.

Not so. Plenty of regular people crossed into Nevada to help Bundy face down the Federal BLM in their power play.
They were ready, willing, and able to come to blows if that is what the Federals wanted.
When we say, " never again " we mean WACO.
Feds were in the crosshairs from overpasses.

Very true.
A very small percentage of colonial America fought in the revolution for the same reasons.
Few want to put their face in the mud for their rights.

Fortunately, it only take a few dedicated people to make a difference and triumph.

The fact this Virginia governor is completely wrong, does not hurt their cause.
