If people only listen to American versions of ‘news’ they’re going to get a very one-sided reflection of how the world really is. The reality is often very different. I lived in China for eight years, lived a middle-class lifestyle and saved up enough to pay off the mortgage on a two bedroom retirement house in S.E. Asia. I saw pockets of rural poverty, but I also saw wealth in cities that is unimaginable to most westerners. I didn’t see Antifa riots, drug dealers on street corners, mass shootings and there were no ‘no-go’ areas anywhere. That’s not an idealized view, that’s how it was. For that I had to obey harsh foreigner immigration rules which included no criticism of the party and no public evangelism. A small price to pay.

Double post.
I know what I need to know about China. They have abused their relationship with the world by stealing IP and using it to profit. They use our system to take advantage of us and don’t want a fair landscape.
Past that all the stuff posted is blah blah blah. It’s written like nobody has a clue but you because you travelled there.
I am clear on China and their plans. Trump said no! Thank God. Time to even this up a little. Oh yeah same to the rest of the countries at the proverbial troff.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.
