The increased spending is real, the tax cut is only nominal.

So repeat. Blame the House. They control the purse strings. They said they would shut down government if they did not get almost 500 billion for new social spending.
Trump could have vetoed it but then you would have been complaining that he shut down the government.

Now try to explain your BS.

P.S. House is run by Democrats.

Both the China and USMCA Trade Bills means billions more in exports. Those billions being sold means more tax revenue to the Treasury...both from producers and employees...new and present.

One other thing...with a first ever Trade deal with China our two nations have moved a step closer. They have something important to both to talk about and that could bring better relationship between the nations. Anything and everything that can bring nations together makes the world a better and safer place.

We are spending more, but the congress is responsible for that.

There's no doubt that many needless federal regulations have bee eliminated and that supports the idea of smaller government.

The Democrats have only had the House for the last year. 30% of Trump's term to date. So you're blaming the Republicans just as much as your blaming the Democrats. I happen to agree!

The CR was created Dec 22, 2018 and 2019 had a large increase in the deficit because of Democrat spending under Pelosi. Thank You for making my point.
But we will agree that Paul Ryan was not good for the economy either.

Trump is a mixed bag. He supports less government control of private enterprise, but he has no problem expanding government in many other areas.

Trump is not a true conservative. It's perplexing why liberals hate him so much. It has to be personality driven.

What about the first two years when the republicans controlled both houses of congress. Spending still went up. Who are you going to blame now??
God Bless America, God Bless our Military and God Bless the Police who defended the country against the insurgents on January 6, 2021

Think 3rd party for 2024 folks. Clean up America.

Once I tell you that we agree to disagree there will be no more discussion between us in the thread so please don't waste your time continuing to argue your points because I will not respond.
