Just look at his record so far. Gigantic deficits, growing debt, bigger government than ever before. He also supports universal healthcare and gun control. Trump is just another big government liberal.

And Trump hasn't transformed the economy. The growth rate has barely changed since he became president.
So job growth under Trump has actually slowed relative to Obama, while GDP growth has slightly increased. In other words, no statistically significant difference between Obama and Trump. And to the extent that the Trump economy has grown, much of it can be attributed to the central bank pumping cheap money into the economy, which has created a bubble in the stock and bond markets.

We are at maximum employment, so it is logical that employment rate has slowed. Now we have more employees competeing for less jobs. That means higher wages.
The bottom ~3.5% are "unemployable" meaning they are complete $#@!s that others can't stand to be around, they are insane, they are addicts, or they have no desire to work.

The Democrats in the House control spending.
All Trump could do is raise revenues and he did that.
Trump can close down the government but then The House will give everyone back pay anyways. It is a vacation for them.
So you really need to talk to Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in the House that threatened to shut down government if they did not get almost $500 billion in new spending. Trump did not want it.
I am sorry that I made you look foolish.

Liberal, not so sure I'd use that term as in the modern liberal and modern conservative there's not much difference. Democrat, possibly, for at one time the Democrats stood for, represented the little guy, the forgotten man, the working stiff, but they've abandoned that for identity politics. In the days after Trump's win, Steve Bannon said in an interview that Trump won because he stole the little guy, the forgotten man, the working stiff from the Democrats, stole their thunder the way Bush Jr did. But Bannon added, if Trump could hold onto the average American, pull them in closed, he would institute a change and Republicans would control DC for decades, the way Democrats once did. So in that sense, Trump is Democrat, and if you want to equate Democrats with liberals, liberal then, though we call it populism.
Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire. ― Gustav Mahler
Some truth to this. I have often said that much of a Trump agenda wouldn't be on par with the Republican Party platform. House Speaker Ryan immediately clashed with Trump. His spending initiatives and debt spending serious concerns.
Another reason I never understood idiot Dems. Concerning issues like health care, gun control, and infrastructure spending, I believe Democrats could have worked with this President and seen real progress on some of their issues. But other mainline issues such as immigration, tax cuts for corporations, and Obamacare soured Dems. And after he vanquished their queen and put a real one on the First Lady Throne.....they lost their shiit.

The spending IS up. On that point you are correct, but his instincts remain pro-business (not necessarily pro-market, which I don't like) and at the end of the day:

And if you pay $.56 off each dollar earned and now after moving to FL and Donald Trump, I pay $.40 -- that's a major, major difference.
As a result of Trump I get to make more individual decisions.
