The wikileaks released emails prove conclusively that the CIA was not only involved directly , but were the main instigators . Do you really need to be reminded that wikileaks does not release stories , they release genuine emails and genuine indisputable communications between the perpetraters , and it's a complete waist of time trying to deny them. They are a criminal organization.

Hey, the CIA has a history of doing criminal $#@!, creating and funding radical groups, murders and assassinations and influencing foreign governments...but a lot of what they're accused of having done is hyperbole and conspiracy stories.

I just haven't seen any evidence that backs up the claim that they created ISIS.

The wikileaks release has confirmed the involvement of both Saudi Arabia and the CIA.......better than any link on this forum .....and they done it 10 years ago ,with the release of 531,525 new diplomatic cables from 1979 .It's not in question , and no link will change that.

The only thing I can find is that wiki leaks release of the Carter Cables shows that the US was involved in the creation and support for the Muhajadeen that started in 79' led to the creation of AQ and then ISIS. There's no indication or evidence that shows they purposely created ISIS. They did something that created a chain of events. There was no intention to create ISIS.
