Here's the CNN headline:
I interpreted that headline as: CNN says Gremlin Thunberg should lay out nonsensical indoctrinational foundation, and then study economics in college later at her convenience, in hope that the damage she has done is irreparable and the "economics" or whatever of it won't matter anyway.Mnuchin says Greta Thunberg can explain US economic policy after she studies economics in college.

That said, the issue does clear up in the first sentence:
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin on Thursday dismissed climate activist Greta Thunberg, saying the Swedish teen and Time Person of the Year should first go to college and study economics before she weighs in on US policies and how they relate to the climate crisis.
Still, the headline is misleading, I think, or at least intentionally vague. I can't understand why anyone would support this little urchin unless it's something they see in the future because of her -- one that doesn't include me ,
or perhaps they like her because she fabricates rationalization for the theft of industry and business by academia (as if that gluttonous pig Harvard etc needs the money).
You can take thugs and crooks off the streets by educating them into respectable titles, but all you really have in the end are educated thugs and crooks.
