The information age is a $#@!. It's taking all the 'grease' out of the wheels. Our President isn't doing anything different than any President before him did. The communications infrastructure has just gotten better with people secretly recording everything.
All our lives are under a microscope if social media companies so choose focus on you or me and publicize it for whatever benefit they see fit at the time. I just heard on the news today that Facebook, even if you are not a user of their platform, gets 'feeds' from every other website you visit, so they can monitor your every move online.
The only thing that has changed over time is not what President's actually do with other countries it's what social media collects and reports.
This President has taken a stand against media companies violating your personal property rights. The problem is the DC lawyers have advised all the .coms to write terms and conditions to visit their site such that even if you are not a Facebook member, you unwittingly give Facebook the right to collect your personal information from other online.com companies.
"The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government - lest it come to dominate our lives and interests." - Patrick Henry

History does not long Entrust the care of Freedom, to the Weak or Timid!!!!! Dwight D. Eisenhower ~
I wonder why Axelrod didn't mention how the Focus group was predominately black. Probably because he know Trump is getting more support from blacks. No wonder he found it chilling. Bruthas and sistas here in Chicago don't like seeing people get railroaded.
