Houthis kill over 100 Yemeni soldiers

On Saturday, a deadly coordinated attack struck a Yemeni military training base in the central province of Marib. At least 116 people have been killed in the strike, which reportedly utilized both ballistic missiles and armed drones.
Armed drones....and ballistic missiles.....we're talking Houthi Rebels.....armed with ballistic missiles and armed drones....

The Iranian-backed Houthi movement is largely seen as being responsible for the attack, though it has not issued a formal statement of responsibility as of the time of publishing.
Yeah...let's not be jumping the gun and blaming Iran.....I mean......these Houthis make a mean ballistic missile huh?

Coordinated strikes utilizing both ballistic missiles and drones has become a common tactic of the Houthi insurgency. Last August, at least 30 members of the Security Belt forces, a militia with strong ties to the United Arab Emirates, were killed in a similar attack on their base in Aden. The rate of ballistic missiles and drones being utilized against the Saudi-backed coalition has slowed drastically since ceasefires were announced by both sides of the conflict last fall.
Coordinated strikes and during a cease-fire?

" The strike came after several recent Saudi-led coalition assaults on Houthi forces east of Sana’a. ".............so what's Saudi doing attacking people in Yemen ?.....this whole war that started in 2014 , was because Saudi Arabia tried to plant a puppet government in Yemen.

I would expect Iranian officers were in charge. A high ranking one was recently killed there.

I don't know why people deny Iran's obvious contribution to this situation.

This is why you need to include links, PJL. That link would have told what the Saudi-led coalition was attacking and why. They were attacking a drone base after a deadly drone attack by Houthis against Yemeni soldiers. Links are important on this thread, please use them.

Coalition spokesman Colonel Turki al-Malki was quoted as saying the bombardment was part of a two-week-old operation to destroy the Houthis’ drone capabilities following a deadly drone attack on a Yemeni government military parade.
    Oops.

I suppose you'd prefer that Saudi just kept slaughtering and starving people to death , while the world looks the other way ?
