    I'd be ashamed

    I'd be ashamed to tell everyone I was a socialist. That would be admitting I was a moocher who had low self esteem. I would be telling the world I didn't think I could make my way in life on my own terms and needed a nanny state to guide my every move. I would be a person who saw no shame in taking what others had produced and using it for my benefit while whining I was unable to cope.

    Yes, I don't understand how anyone could want to be a socialist.

    These kids learn from the education system that is run by socialists and employs socialist. They have never spent much time in a foreign country. Maybe they went on vacation to Europe with pockets full of US capitalist earned money.

    There is no such thing as Democratic Socialist. That is just Socialists soft selling Socialism. All we want is to control medical, fuels and electricity, transportation, education. That's all. But wait; Government also has already tried to control the internet, free speech, the media, what you can charge for products and services... Then they want to take everything you had when you die so your next generation does not get to enjoy your hard work and then they can give it to an illegal alien.

    National Socialist, Democratic Socialist, it matters not. The key word was socialist. Hitler was a "democratic socialist" in the sense he was voted in by the people. He was a "national socialist" in the sense he believed the state was supreme and the people existed only to serve to serve the state.

    The current crop of leftist will be Democratic Socialist until they become dictators. Read my signature line. I believe in that with all my heart.
