    Tonight we had haluski a freind in pittsburg on polish hill showed me how to make it back around 1975.. Tis simple you cook some wide flat noodles she made her own but i dont chop and fry cabbage and onii9n garlic and kielbasa cut into th8n slices salt pepper use some butter and oil when frying and just a bit 9f oil on the noodles to keep em from sticking .mix . I put hot sause on mine . over the years 8 have threw in bacon and cuts of pork .

    Tonight im making one of her favorites.

    Shes at home because of the virus slow down.

    We will start of with a cesar salad
    Then deviled eggs made with garlic onion yellow muatard honey muatard. Fresh ground multi color pepper and pink salt topped with smoked paprika.

    Next 2 cornish hens that I marinated 8n just a bit of siy sause and beer.
    Cooked with a tad of italian season rubberd with olive oil fresh ground 4 color pepper corns and pink salt wirh roasted baby potatoes carrots and shallots .20200421_174313.jpg20200421_165203.jpg
