Dinner for my sweetie ahe stayed home no big deal shes got her own business.
I cooked for her pink lobster plus some local caught rock lobster scallops and aspirations plus a chopped salad.
We also had a bottle of crown royal black.

We Americans love our food but looking around it shows. We ate out yesterday and lord you get too much. My wife brings so much home and to add to the too much are all the plastic type containers etc.

My sweetie takes sat and sunday off.and usually cooks those days I cook the rest.but with this virus shes been busting her ass at clients request for more sanitized areas and some accounts have stop her service as they either shut down or are working from home.
So im cooking this weeked for her shes not allowed to lift a finger.
Tonight's dinner will be experienced the salt pepper Parmesan cheese fresh ground and roasted with a bit of olive oil then a tad of fresh squeezed lemon juice .
Lamp loin cooked in a no smoke grill wirh a little italian seasoning, garlic and coriander and a spoon full of soy and water in the steamer try for flavoring
Then lightly brush the lamb loins with oilive oil and sprinkle with just a pinch of smoked salt. Serve with polander mint jelly.
She deserves it.
