    Oatmeal

Here is an amazing recipe that can be very nutritious. This is no cook oatmeal. All you really need is old fashioned oats and water. But here is how you can make it. Fill a container with some oatmeal you can use any kind of container. Then cover the oats in water and put them in the refrigerator overnight. But if it is the apocolypse just leave it on the counter for a few hours. Lol.

You can use milk instead of water. Many people use oat milk. I will include that recipe as well it could be handy to have. You can sprinkle some chia seeds in your oats while it soaks. Then you can put in a dallop of peanut butter, or you could top it with nuts or fruit or dried fruit. You can ad salt or sugars. You can get creative, what ever you like.

This video is a bit fancy.

We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

You can use plain water or any kind of milk but you can also make your own oat milk too, that can be used for more than your oatmeal.

It's great right!? I just use water for mine and date syrup, but I am ready for some experimentation. In the past I used to make these bars that I would freeze, but this aging is no joke. I can't remember the recipe. It was something like oatmeal, banana's, peanut butter mixed up made into bars and then frozen. Too bad I can't fully remember that recipe I invented it was amazing. I had even named it frozos, Lol. But oh well, I can always re-invent a new one. Best write it down this time. :)
