    Barr

When the question arises as to how the POTUS has abused his power, consider the plight of the AG. One could argue, "he should have known". Be that as it may, here's a guy with a rock solid reputation among DC attorneys, who now faces a lifetime reputation that's lost its glimmer. He'll bear this burden forever. I believe he thought, in error, that he was smart enough to handle his boss. He got backed into a corner before he could do anything about it. I bet he's pissed.

If that's the best you've got, you've missed the point entirely. Thanks for playing.

You have no point other than repeating a left wing narrative with zero proof.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

Barr has been a vocal advocate in the public arena for virtually unrestrained and unlimited Presidential power for more than thirty years. That's why he was chosen for the job; Trump required someone who would always take his side, provide cover when necessary and blow smoke as required. Any reputation for honesty and integrity that Barr might ever have had within the legal community has evaporated in the last year. Trying to keep your boss happy at all cost, when your boss is a clueless boob with all the good sense and self control of a spoiled, petulant three-year-old, will do that for you.

What the left calls unrestrained is allowing President’s to use their constitutional plenary powers. It isn’t Barr’s fault that Congress gave away much of its power to avoid making difficult decisions that might effect their re-election.

I don't see that Barr has done anything inappropriate as AG, including this most recent action involving Stone that the Left is whining about. I can understand his frustration, though. On one side, he has a boss who doesn't know when to shut up and on the other, he has a bunch of scum sucking bottom feeders in Congress who think the remedy to losing elections is to abuse the Constitution and to try to either impeach or hamstring everyone doing the job they were hired to do, whether through election or appointment, by destroying their reputation.
