Pretty funny dear lady. I've had the coffee addiction for almost 50 years. I never drink water...well, maybe now and then from a garden hose. Unique taste and hasn't killed me yet. Coffee I can drink hot or cold and always have a cup available, close-by, 24/7. It's a travel must! Although I've never tracked it, I suspect I probably consume about a gallon a day.

LoL, your someone who gets it! A garden hose, that brings back memories. I forgot all about that. I haven't done that since I was little. But the moment you said it boom, I remember it clearly. There is hope for my memory yet, Lol. Yes it does have a unique taste.

I tell my old man you need to drink water at least sometimes, he says, "I have water in my coffee", lol.

You should see my coffee apocalypses supply that I just ordered for the corona virus. I was thinking you really can tell what is most important to me by this stuff I bought. It looks like the consensus is in Toilet paper, Chapstick, lotion, and coffee, well that and mascara, don't wanna look like crap while the world is ending. I bought a two pack just in case. :) You can see I clearly have my priorities in order. Lol.

So true, we can be sure a lot of them were started by a cup of alcohol, hence the divorce rate. I wonder if starting a romance over a coffee vs an alcoholic beverage increases the chance of things working out in the long run? At least you will be thinking clearly going in, if it is coffee. With alcohol...who knows. (kidding, kind of)

I get a large coffee with a double shot of espresso every work day, been doing it so long, the coffee shop named it a "Pete." My 15 minutes of fame on a coffee menu, could be worse eh? Anyway, I usually put half and half and sugar in it, but the other day I put the h & h in but forgot the sugar, so all day I was thinking "hmmm, now I'm having my coffee like I like my women...light and bitter

That's awesome, you have a coffee named after you. In my book that's something to be proud of! :) I just drink mine black, nothing added. It's a good thing too, because I drink so much of it that it probably wouldn't be safe if I had sugar in every cup.

Coffee romance love letters might never be the same since I have ditched the zinc supplements. Reading through this thread, it sounds like I need coffee rehab. But this thread is not for those who wish to end their addictions. This is more of an addiction celebration, Lol.
