Absolutely NO. The Dems constant attempts to give illegals the right of citizens should disgust every one, with any brains. They totally ignore the word "illegal".

To enter this country legally should remain a privilege and not a "right" for anyone. Some of the Dem candidates talk like they want open borders. I wonder if they ever stop and engage a brain. If we had that, what would stop China from sending all it's virus infected people to the US???? Without controlled borders, we are not a nation and could become the dumping ground for all the problems of others. If we are honest...the main reason for all the pampering and interest in "helping" illegals...and others...is to buy a vote. We even see places wanting to allow 'illegals' to vote. It is good to welcome immigrants who...want...to become citizens and a part of OUR way of life...not the one they left behind.

Oh, I've taken a week off here and there, but I've been around. Just not finding all that many threads that I believe it would be worthwhile to contribute to lately.

I do hope that you and yours are doing well, too. I just got the word yesterday that my next throat surgery is scheduled for March 30th. (The one they did last month didn't "take" as expected, so they have to go in and do it again.) My youngest son is moving to D.C. this coming Tuesday, so the family drama level is at about Orange. (Sometimes it seems like it never really drops below Yellow.)

OMG. She is an activist judge. She was put on the court by Obama to rubber stamp liberal causes. Her rulings or horrid and not the law.

Why should not speaking english increase their odds of approval over someone who does speak english THAT IS INCREDIBLE

It is important to note that being unable to communicate in English is not a disability in itself. It is only a factor that may increase your odds of approval for disability benefits if you are disabled and unable to work due to a certain medical condition.

A Common Sense Ruling. A big win for Trump and further validation why we need 4 more years to appoint judges that rule on the Constitution and the law not emotion. It has not been mentioned but Ginsburg his shovel ready and Thomas may retire. If that happens and Trump is doing the appointments we will be much better off in the future.
