It's my right to to vote for the candidate of my choice regardless of party. Are you wanting to deny this?

I said nothing of rights. I simply referred to meddling and disingenuousness.

How is it disingenuous? No one is required to join a political party in order to vote for anyone seeking a nomination. I'm not a member of any political party, but I still want a say in who gets the nomination to run for POTUS.

That whole set up seems wrong though. I can't believe that repubs can vote in a dem primary . I wouldn't let them for fear they would do exactly what you plan on doing.
Why not just pick the person you feel is best and vote or write them in? My favorite dem is Tulsi.

This is the point. Vote in the other parties primary for the person you think your candidate would have the easiest time beating. Its disingenuous no matter how much Tahuyaman wants to spin it.

You would only vote in this one because your preferred candidate in the other party has no opponent. Your vote would be one to be the most benefit of your preferred candidate. Its blatently obvious.

But your not complaining when Democrats do it in Republican primaries? This is organized. We are reminded that the Democrats assured that we do not need an ID and all anyone has to do is ask for a ballot. You do have to be registered to vote.
I am sure that Democrats that we will have more votes in precinct than registered Democrats and that will make them scream. Our response will be the same as the responses they give us when Democrat precints have more votes than registered voters. When they scream that Republicans interfered then we will answer "It never happened".

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

No. The candidate in the one party has no opponent at all. I never said that candidate represents my preferred party. You are making an assumption. I prefer no particular party, however I prefer certain principles.

I want a presidential election where we have candidates to choose from who have distinct differences on the issues. I want to force people into making a decision on which way they want the country to go.

Do we as a nation want more freedom and individual liberty or do we want more socialism and government control over our life?
