    Excerpt:
    Reduces Muscle Cramps

Vinegar is a key component in pickle juice and can suppress the pain and discomfort associated with muscle cramps and spasms. Again, since the sodium in pickle juice is in the form of vinegar and calcium chloride, it works faster to prevent cramps, making this a popular drink for athletes and runners.

Also one of the main underlying causes can often be potassium deficiency. We need up to 4700mg per day. You really can't get it in a supplement, it has to be gotten from natural foods. I have found some of the highest in potassium are potatoes, and beans, and bananas, even coconut water. Here is a link that talks a little bit about it. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition...r-day#section4

Here is an article that explains why potassium gives us these cramps.
    https://healthhearty.com/leg-cramps-potassium

    Excerpt:

A deficiency of potassium can trigger leg cramps or the sudden contractions of the leg muscles. A deficiency of potassium signifies an electrolyte imbalance, which can manifest in forceful muscle contractions, especially in the calves. Find out more about the relation between these two conditions, through this HealthHearty article.

Thank you for the info! My wife suffers from frequent leg cramps. I'll have her read this.

I hope it can help. Here's another good link. But do a search for more though, there are tons of sites that tell how much potassium is in different foods.

I eat much pickle...I always save the juice, and throw hard boiled eggs (or cherry tomatoes, or cauliflower, or garlic cloves or more cucumbers, or, well, you get the gist) in the brine for a few days...almost home made pickled eggs! Plus, by using the brine of pickles that I enjoy, they always taste better that any brand of pickled eggs on the shelf.

As far as cramps, I use a cannabis (hemp) product from a company out of Colorado called Apothecanna both the spray and cream (extra strength) it works minor miracles for cramps, at least for me. Most every ingredient (arnica, peppermint, ginger etc.) are anti inflammatory, and anti bacterial...good product.

That's really neat, I would have never thought of doing that. Pickled food is so good. I really like the cauliflower. I might try this one day. I like your style.

The spray sounds great too. Long ago my chiropractor had told me about Arnica, that is some good stuff. I bet you could make your own spray too if you wanted to and add Turmeric to it too.
