I hope it can help. Here's another good link. But do a search for more though, there are tons of sites that tell how much potassium is in different foods.

I eat much pickle...I always save the juice, and throw hard boiled eggs (or cherry tomatoes, or cauliflower, or garlic cloves or more cucumbers, or, well, you get the gist) in the brine for a few days...almost home made pickled eggs! Plus, by using the brine of pickles that I enjoy, they always taste better that any brand of pickled eggs on the shelf.
As far as cramps, I use a cannabis (hemp) product from a company out of Colorado called Apothecanna both the spray and cream (extra strength) it works minor miracles for cramps, at least for me. Most every ingredient (arnica, peppermint, ginger etc.) are anti inflammatory, and anti bacterial...good product.

That's really neat, I would have never thought of doing that. Pickled food is so good. I really like the cauliflower. I might try this one day. I like your style.
The spray sounds great too. Long ago my chiropractor had told me about Arnica, that is some good stuff. I bet you could make your own spray too if you wanted to and add Turmeric to it too.
