I got to looking for them online you can find them for sale but do they actually have them in stock.
I keep more freeze dried food then mres on hand. I used mres for when i went hunting or wood cutting ocassional camping trips years ago.they taste better then fd foods and are quick to heat with the chemical heaters . i just never got into them heavy.
Being a farm boy we cured and smoked a lot of pork canned meats and also had freezers . today i keep some freze dried on hand a case of mres but mostly standard food stuffs which i rotate . its cheap that way I stock what i like and in the end thats a good thing. I did like the mre with corned beef hash and hot sause and the maple nut bar aka cake .the crackers .they really wete not bad.
