Quarantine cooking: What are you cooking today?

Welp, I have been on self imposed quarantine for about a month now. I haven't been to a store for a bit. I miss lettuce, and tomatoes. I made some food, and it was a real pick me up. I baked some bread, and I had a pb and jelly sandwich it was amazing. I also made a sugary drink. I happen to have some Hibiscus flowers on hand and I soaked them in some water in the refrigerator overnight. I then added to my glass apple syrup and date syrup. MMMMMM. I did so wrong... and I like it. I would love to see your quarantine cooking.

We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

I opened the day with a bowl of cheerios, had a sandwich for lunch. Gonna make some grilled chicken and have a huge bowl of gluten free pasta. I'll probably finish the night with some strawberries, an orange, a protein bar, and maybe some MnM Peanuts. I'm well built and fairly young so I have a high metabolism. I also have a home gym, so this stupid quarantine isn't gonna have me losing any muscle mass.

I have gotten my at home workout started. I have a bike on a trainer. Diamond Back Podium 1. Cardio check. I have 20 and 30 pound dumbbells so I can do many dumbbell exercises although 30 is way too light for dumbbell military press- so I save that shoulder exercise for last (I do it first in the gym) when I am "smoked" and add lots of reps. I have some light kettle bells, 20 lbs and down. And there are a lot of good body weight exercises that you can do.

Ever since I started taking the vitamin C I am like a new person. I feel younger and have more energy. I have been feeling the need to exercise more than usual. I have two treadmills. I have one next to my computer and one in the living room for tv watching. I have a stair stepper next to my computer too. I find the small hand weights are perfect for me. So anyways, I have been full of pep. This taking vitamins business has been pretty awesome. I think I will take them from now on.

It's Lent so yesterday was bean soup for dinner, grilled cheese for lunch and raisin bran for breakfast.

Today? Hmmmmm. We may break out some homemade Ravioli the Mrs. made for Christmas.
