There's a big difference between dominating society and a vast conspiracy involving the coordination of the worlds governments and their agencies, hundreds of media outlets and thousands of medical experts, practitioners and institutions...all working secretly together to purposefully destroy the economy and destroy Trump. It goes beyond silly.

Except the fact that they've pretty much tried to do whatever they could to discredit and destroy Trump for 4 years now. It would be very easy to pull off what they're doing. They have complicit politicians, the media is in their back pocket, all they needed is the hysterical predictions of so called experts and they're off and running spreading panic. And those experts literally make outrageous predictions for viruses all the time, they did it for Sars, bird flu, swine flu, etc. It's actually quite easy for them to pull this off.

You might have an argument if this so called hyping of the virus was only happening in the US. However, the media has been pretty consistent in its reporting all around the world. The Italian media or the French, Brazilian, Spanish, British, Canadian etc.. media outlets have all reacted the same, and they certainly aren't doing it to malign Trump. The world doesn't revolve around Trump. The world isn't out to get him, nor are they coordinating to do so. Trump and his supporters should stop playing the victim and lay off the conspiracy delusions.

Exercise is an important tool for mental well-being. It has been shown to be effective with depression and anxiety. It releases endorphins (hear of the runner's high; weight lifters including body weight can get it too).
So I have made a modified home routine that at least will maintain what I had before the gyms closed. I actually have made gains. In my second week of working out at home I have gained 2 lbs and lost 1.2% body fat- that is burn the fat gain the muscle. Not bad. Diet is extremely important in this. I think I am doing better with my diet (eating more) and it likely had much more to do with my improvement than the workout.
