The Ohio Supreme Court on Friday issued an Order tolling all deadlines, dates, filing dates, hearing dates and time requirements.

I haven't seen anything on it.

Individuals don't need to do anything if they have money coming to them. I don't know whether that is the case for small businesses.

This is a "legal" use of the term "toll" so it doesn't appear in most dictionaries. I means, delay or postpone. It also means, in legal terms, a charge levied on the use of public property like a toll bridge.

It's sort of like what the meaning of is, is, isn't it?
