I said it was apparent that her intent was to do so given the totality of her actions and comments. Are you completely unable to understand anything that is not specifically spelled out?

President Trump spoke to that yesterday. He was asked if there should be a national lock down. He said every state was different and had different needs. A one size fits all approach would not be beneficial in his opinion. Here in Marion County Florida there are 25 cases of the virus and no deaths. I just spoke with someone in Haywood County NC and she said there were no cases there. Why do we need to be locked down to the same extend as say New York City?
