Apparently, Speaker Pelosi is threatening more impeachment charges against Donald Trump. Her charge is that President Trump did not lock down the nation soon enough. In the time frame she is focused on only five cases of the Coronavirus had actually been verified. Given this five case number when will this crisis actually end? How many cases would be acceptable to allow the nation to regain its freedom and get its economic house back in order? Must we wait until there are no reported new cases for some specified period?

As the virus peaks (regionally, not nationally) we need to start loosing restrictions of the healthy while keeping the at risk isolated in order to reboot our economy.

President Trump spoke to that yesterday. He was asked if there should be a national lock down. He said every state was different and had different needs. A one size fits all approach would not be beneficial in his opinion. Here in Marion County Florida there are 25 cases of the virus and no deaths. I just spoke with someone in Haywood County NC and she said there were no cases there. Why do we need to be locked down to the same extend as say New York City?

A problem I see is that irrational fear and panic will always create a call for more government to "save" the people. It is rather telling to me that one place that can bring calm to everyone, the Church, Synagogue or Mosque, has been closed and placed off limits.

I honestly believe the press and many politicians have an agenda of using this virus to further increase the size and control of the government.
