Yes, by all means we should appoint a Czar that controls the output of Apple products and limits the number of computers anyone can buy in a lifetime. The same with cars, steaks, and women's shoes. There should be a federal agency that controls the number of these things any family or individual is allowed to purchase.

It wouldn't be useful with a YouTube clip, of course, but I used to have a problem understanding what certain Brit, Scottish or Australian characters on t.v. were saying - until it occurred to me that I could simply turn on the set's closed caption feature. All those years of trying to decipher something Chibs on 'Sons of Anarchy' or someone on 'Mr. In-Between' had just said, and running it back five or six times to no avail.
