    I think anyone who wants to see a doctor should do so. I do not think taxpayers should pay for it.

    Why control the so-called spread? We want most people to get it and recover. And almost everyone will. The number of people without underlying conditions who get very sick and/or die is tiny, a fraction of one percent. Young people are far more likely to die by texting while driving than from SARS-COV-2.
    Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
