We had a mean one come through last night around 10:30. Power was out for three hours. A short time out here. I have to go cruise the property and see if there is any outlying areas that might have a tree or two down, this morning.

Cincinnati got hit too. My son was at work in the middle of the city and had to evacuate to the hospital basement. Weird. You don't generally hear of tornados hitting large urban areas.

We have had strong winds here, the rain missed us.

Passed right by last night. Most storms coming in from the west tend to turn northeast toward Austin before they hit us. The Hill Country and Balcones Escarpment starts just west of us and that may be a factor.
