I haven't had a tech issue with the website for the last two weeks or so. In the beginning of the lock-down my internet was slow enough to fail at times.

Today all seems well. Last week or so has been lousy performance.
For work I need to VPN in and that seems to interfere. But even when I disconnect from the VPN, performance is bad. It may be an Internet issue, I mean, the Internet is overloaded nowadays with people sheltering in place, and some providers just can't handle the traffic. Not so sure it's a forum issue.

Observation: I get a lot of errors when accessing What's New (http://thepoliticalforums.com/search...clude=13,29,60). But at the same time can access the main forum (http://thepoliticalforums.com/forum.php). So it's likely related to search.

Another observation: Search returned Web error then results on a tablet. It restored results on my smartphone. On my laptop, connected to a VPN, always a database error.
