That's not what this says: Medieval Arrows Inflicted Injuries That Mirror Damage Caused by Modern Bullets
Of course bullets spin due to rifling the barrels, so why wouldn't arrows spin. Arrowheads tear, rip, are barbed, they can be loaded with poison. So yeah, arrowheads and bullets do the same thing. What's so interesting about that?
See the article paragraph 4. It says exactly that.
You asked what interested me, not what interests you.The arrow that punctured the skull in question was probably fletched, or outfitted with feathers, to spin clockwise upon making contact with its victim. Historically, most gun manufacturers have designed rifles with bullets that spin in a similar clockwise pattern, though a small minority prefer the so-called “left-hand twist,” according to gunshot wound expert Vincent Di Maio.

Again, it seems odd that that guy was shot or stabbed in the head so many times. Here's the image from the video:

So many of the enemy and so little time ... They made time for him. Close range too ... Maybe he was someone of importance to them? Anyhoo ...

This is an interesting thread.
What I wonder is why men do things that cause other men to want to kill them? There have been 12 gazillion wars over the years.

One reason is that one side won't or doesn't admit it's wrong, or doesn't make amends for doing something egregious.
You knew that. So, what are you really asking?
