    Ok pete.
I roasted some florida beef steaks with a bit of red wine vinegar just a bit 3 spoon fulls a bit of balsamic vinegar a bit of oilve oil some Italian seasoning paste some garlic and a bit of sprinkled sugar at 350 for 1 hour. I made a vegtable broth out of carrots sweet onions celery cucumbers basil s and smoked paprika. I took some of the veggies and broth and put it in a blender and gave it a turn or to just enough so it was all in small chunks.added the tomatoes after liquidity them and mixed it all together. Now it was still warm but I tasted it not bad might need a bit more sugar and salt.i had left over beans and corn bread for dinner but Ill try some tomarrow cold after its bern sitting for a bit.

I ate like a pig today , breakfast was a everything bagel with lox lunch was 3 pc of sushi cottage cheese beets and Kimchi dinner was a left over hunk of a standing rib roast .
I just had a ciabatta bread sandwich with pork shoulder baby Swiss dill spears and roast pork shoulder and a hand full of chips .

now for some iced tea lemonade 50 50 mix and some oak heat rum on the side, with repeats till the woman gets home.

think maybe I will reload some ammo in honor of the democrats recent achievements of looting arson shooting killing tearing down monuments and in general being butt holes who need to be bitc@ slapped and jailed .
