What i have been eating this week

I don't like kidneys. Fresh peas are good. Not into canned peas. No type of lima bean for me.

I only eat organ meat in my steak and kid. The kidney brings a certain funkiness to it. The key is not too much and make sure it is minced and washed thoroughly. Fresh peas actually aren't bad. Lima beans, well when I come to power they will be banned. Anyone growing or selling lima beans will be rounded up and severely killed to death.

Tonight I’m going to get a McDonalds burger meal for us both, saves on washing dishes and the McDonalds isn’t very far away.

I like their burgers and their sausage and egg McMuffins. The hash browns are good too. Oh and they do that fruit parfait thing. I love that.

just had 3 poached eggs with home made Hollandaise sauce fried apple wood bacon and small curd cottage cheese with pink salt red white and black peppers and green onions up- up on top

Im going to try making a grilled cheese and serving it with a couple poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce on top one day have never tried it.

tonight will be breaded fish and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce fixed in the air fryer.
I order a air fryer awhile back a gowise 12.7 quart with a rotisserie . only used it a few times. Im just cooking this for me tonight the little woman is eating out at work tonight .

air fryers are just little convection ovens , which I like. so far its been handy for some things

Or the homemade phillys or devil eggs or meat loaf

Above are roasted cornish hens rib eye with onions chicken fried steak oyster omlet crab cake with cuban 455 sause and portobello mushroom with melted baby swiss.

I hope you cooked the cornish game hens prior to eating them.
