Did they approve of him killing off all those old people by forcing COVID patients into nursing homes?

According to Gov. Cuomo; the patients were sent to the various nursing homes with the understanding prior to that if they could not properly care for the patients and/or if they did not have the proper PPE, then they were to reject the patients or call the dept of health to come and get them. So to put the blame fully on Cuomo is nothing more then partisan politics by his opponents; the nursing homes have a major level of responsibility in this.

I think it is self evident that no nursing home can successfully integrate COVID-19 patients in with residents who do not have it.

The only rational answer would be that some of the nursing homes knew full well they couldn't care for the patients but wanted to collect their fee for caring for them until they died. Some no doubt were able to properly care for the patients they admitted.
