I don't either, and it doesn't even make me sick. I've heard about it being a contributor to obesity, too. I've gotten to the point where I have to read every label before buying something my husband can eat, so, like you, I avoid stuff I know can cause reactions. It's too bad companies don't take it out. Years ago I wrote to Hershey and asked why they wouldn't use real sugar. Surprisingly, I got an answer telling me they were switching their chocolate products back to real sugar -- one at a time. It's true, I've seen more and more Hershey products drop HFCS and go back to sugar.

Now, if Smuckers would just do the same thing.

Nah, when the top of your head breaks out in a sweat, that's just the right amount of spice.

Aaaaah, condiments. Cleveland Stadium's Bertman's Original Ballpark Mustard:

    s-l300.jpg

Bertman Foods Co. was started in the 1920’s by Joseph “Joe” Bertman. He was an old-fashioned businessman who could be making sales calls, loading trucks, reviewing books, or buying produce on any day. His work ethic is etched into our company DNA focusing on and expanding our product line and distribution. Bertman’s memorable spicy brown mustard, used at League Park, Cleveland Municipal Stadium, Jacob’s Field, and now Progressive Field for over 90 years, and has been referred to by Rachael Ray as “the best mustard on the planet!”

I have some at home and in the office here.
