    His brand of Surrealism reminds me of some of the film work Picasso did in the 30's. It has that same erratic rhythm

    I would have said Daliesque, but I've never seen Picasso's film work.

    They are very intense and loaded with symbolism. A lot of people totally dont get it and/or see it as weird for weirds sake but its actually quite brilliant. I cant remember the name of the one I posted a clip of in books and poetry forum but its in there somewhere. The worm looking thing with the sun in Lynchs work reminded me of it
