The ironic thing is it was Biden who put an entire generation of black kids in jail for small amounts of drugs, lifelong felonys on their records, with his various anti-crime bills he sponsored and pushed for in the '80s and '90s while he was the head of the Senate Judiciary committee. Back when "get tough on crime" was in fashion. And it was Trump who reformed it. I guess CNN forgot to report on it.

Terrible to hang a felony arrest number on an inner city kid for life for a damn dime back of rock. The kid has a tough enough time making it as it is and Biden figured Institutionalizing these kids was worth it cause the Polls showed it would get him votes. We just stopped enforcing this nonsense on our own pretty much. And taking peoples property for minor drug amounts just poisoned relations with the police and the public.

I still cannot avoid the glaring reality that the main point taken from that entire interview...was completely missed by 'Charlemagne.' What everyone is talking about.....isn't even what Charlemagne is talking about. Go watch that interview. After Biden makes that remark, Charlemagne says he's not talking about that or Trump, he's talking about this or that.

And this wasn't a testy interview either, Charlemagne never asks a difficult question and as you can see if you watch...rolls right past the most controversial statement Biden made!

This Cat, Charlemagne....he needs some interview skills. If he had any, he would have asked "excuse me, Mr Vice President......did you just say if you're voting for Trump you're not black? Because that is the take us for granted mentality I've been doing this entire interview on! That is just the kind of racism I abhor and I've gotta call you out and ask that you retract that statement."
