See this is where your main mast always cracks in half: those points are obviously over your head, because you don't know the subject.

So, you posted a story on a complicated socioeconomic system, that by brute force controlled its territory in the form of absolutism and you have nothing to say on discussion points that are directly topical.
No, the problem is you are not communicating anything nor seeking discussion. You're not making sense. If your point is I don't understand what you're talking about, that's true. But I don't see anyone on this forum understanding you.

You got one thing right "there is a clerisy of intellectual elites" or, iow, a clerisy of technocrats. That is what the OP article is about. That is the subject. Did you want to discuss that?

You then say "you posted a story on a complicated socioeconomic system, that by brute force controlled its territory in the form of absolutism" when that is not what the OP is about at all. You don't seem to understand the OP but seem to have some other weird topics you want to discuss. Go start a thread on them.

Feudalism is the very antithesis of absolutism.

Anyway, you never should have responded. Learn from this.
Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

And its economic system was, at least in later stages, mercantilism and not the modern market system.

What feudalism interprets as well about the Civil War, beyond me, incoherent.

Yes, I should ignore blatant trolls.

Which one of my points has nothing to do with top down decision making and protections therein. Those boards decide who goes to war and stays home. Those boards decide how much of your money is going to support those decisions.

Now what part of that has nothing to do with clerisy and feudalism? You think that ALEC doesn't have a clerisy? What do you call The Heritage Society?

Why do you suppose that the source author used feudalism to write about technocrats?

I understand the OP very very well and my posts in this thread prove it.

YOU on the other hand are starting to do your rain dance again so that the power will go out and you can get out the mess you're in.

Besides, feudalism isn't the topic. The history of how from church clerics emerged a clerisy of experts is. That and how that unelected army or bureaucrats is the bain of modern democracy.

And here comes the sovereign idiot. Study absolutism and then get back to me.

I guess now you're reading the factual history on Estates.
