Theres no question the Israeli's have a triad of nuclear weapons. They developed them in tandem with South Africa, tho RSA later gave up their program and weapons. The RSA mines a lot of uranium and this is where the Israeli's initially got the ore, they traded Tritium for it to RSA, another critical component for an H bomb.They even tested one in the Indian ocean in 1979. They needed a 2 stage H-bomb weapon and for such a weapon a live test is required to make sure the trigger works.

The entire thing was exposed by a former high level manager of the program. They had a regular French town at Dimona helping them build weapons grade material and even stole enriched uranium from an American processing plant.

Its well documented the French made reactor at Dimona produces enough material for 100 to 200 bombs and this was helped by a sale of heavy water By Norway.

I think they have 5 Dolphin class submarines, they had ordered a 6'th but I dont know if it was ever finished or maybe an old one retired. These are standard diesel subs so they do have to snorkel at fairly regular intervals. They are probably armed with a nuclear version of their Popeye cruise missile, a rough equivalent of our Tomahawk, and maybe Harpoon missiles with nuclear warheads.
