Agree with Game of Thrones except that like many others, I hated the final season.
True Detective Season 1: truly amazing. Yep, it's hard to beat. Might have been the #1 of all time.
I liked Mindhunter too. Not as much as some others. For example, Bodyguard, a British show, pretty amazing, tense and suspenseful. I loved Fleabag. I'm very much enjoying Killing Eve although season 3 is starting to lose force. I like The Expanse, phenomenal Sci-Fi show. Never watched Bosch, and never heard of the other two you've mentioned. What are they about?

A few weeks ago I decided to give 'Deadwood' a try. I knew it had been extremely popular back in '04-'06 and they'd gotten the cast back together last year to do a t.v. movie, and that the show had a devoted fan following, but I'd never checked it out. I ended up getting hooked and watching all 36 episodes and the movie. Not for those offended by bad language - somebody drops the 'f' or 'cs' word roughly every ten seconds throughout, and that's not an exaggeration - and all the characters speak in a sort of weird, convoluted, almost Shakespearean fashion, but if you can get past that it's highly enjoyable.
When 'Marvel's Agents of SHIELD' was originally broadcast, I think we gave it up about season 4, but I decided to go back and watch it from the beginning and give it another try. So I watch two or three episodes a day and eventually, if I stick it out, I'll get to the seventh and final season, which is being broadcast now.
On a much lighter note, we've been re-watching 'Blackadder Goes Forth', my favorite of the four Rowan Atkinson-Hugh Laurie series. Too bad there are only six episodes to enjoy.
Agree with those who praise 'Yellowstone' - it's great. Its creator, Taylor Sheridan, wrote the film Hell or High Water and wrote and directed Wind River.

'Yellowstone' is on the Paramount Network - previously known as Spike TV, and before that known as the Nashville Network.
OMG, I forgot about 'The Boys'. That was amazing. It reminded me of the dark superhero stories (a novel called 'Those Who Walk in Darkness' and the comic series 'The American Way', among others) of John Ridley. 'Banshee', starring New Zealand actor Antony Starr is one of my all-time favorite series, second only to 'Sons of Anarchy', and Starr was The Homelander on 'The Boys' - the darkest, most depraved "superhero" of them all. A very dark and cynical take, but a gripping one.

Antenna TV only here. We enjoy NCIS and NCIS New Orleans and Blue Bloods. That's about it for TV series our local broadcast tv has two movie channels and there's usually something on worth wasting a couple hours on.
