The two cops who pushed him have now been charged with felony assault.

I have mixed feelings about that.

The shove was definitely wrong. But I suspect its partially their training that is the problem. The cops were torn between their training and their humanity. maybe a non felony charge.
    No Rules for Donald

The Republican-led Senate intel committee concluded: Russia wants Trump elected.

Listen to opposing media. When a Democrat gets elected, listen to Sean Hannity. For now, listen to Rachel Maddow.

Most violence in a peaceful rally these days is initiated by hired goons , not the peaceful protesters . It's become standard practice for two reasons . Firstly to discredit the people protesting , so they can influence public opinion.....and secondly , to justify the use of police brutality......the perpetrators and financiers of the violence can be anyone from left or right wing NGO's to government or business organizations ,or the intelligence agencies , according to the needs of their respective agendas.......it's happening on a global scale ........they work hand in glove with the fake news industry ..........time to wake up.

Your first sentence was correct. The rest was incorrect.

The mixed feelings kind of get smothered when Trump goes to Tweeter and starts posting conspiracy theories about the event like he just did. He is saying the elderly gentleman is an actor who staged the assault (one would want to give him an Oscar in that case, by so brilliantly faking all that blood coming from his ear), and blaming some fringe groups for hiring the man. Unbelievable!

Never words of unity... always fanning the flames.

The frustration generated by this, will dampen the sympathy for LEOs trying to do their jobs.
