Low Molecular Weight Heparin: the Eastern Virginia Medical School prefers enoxaparine unless the creatinine clearance is below 15. 1mg per kg SQ Q12hrs upon UTI admission.

For mildly symptomatic patients at home they simply recommend aspirin.

Very important is to also use methylprednisolone early, 40mg Q12hrs, increase to 80 Q12hrs if C-reactive protein is increasing, given that the cytokine storm often kills more than the virus itself.

Yes, HCQ is less toxic than CQ. I'm ambivalent about its efficacy. At one point I ruled it out but now I'm trying to still keep an open mind, waiting for the truly large RCTs to finally deliver a convincing answer on whether or not HCQ's benefits outweigh the risks.

Me too, I prefer not to get it... I'm being very prudent. I have enormous respect for what this virus can do... I don't even start understanding the people who say it's just a little flu or even just a bad flu (unless they are saying it out of political bias). This is way, way worse than the flu; it's a very dangerous and nasty virus, any way you look into it, given that it is a systemic endothelial disease rather than just a pulmonary disease.
