You as well as many others Im not going to say dont understand that would insinuate something Im not trying to say...you dont view it back to the source I think is a better way to put it....
Police cannot enforce whats not a law, they do not write laws or pass them, that needs to sink in first
If people do not like what the police do, they have to get their Politicians to change the law, as long as the law is on the books it will be enforced, riots or not..
These riots will not end the police as you know it, there will be some new rules but in the end the police will be police, because the politicians must have the means to enforce their laws.
The media isnt reporting the nightmare many innocent people are going through in the cities where the rioting is going on...heres some facts
1. Murder rates are soaring
2. Rapes an all other violent crime is up
3. Innocent people are living in misery in the riot and looting zones...not only from that but illegal fireworks and shootings etc..
4 Minority small business is getting decimated..
I said before anyone that was a racist before these riots starts is more steadfast racist today...they did not change a single mind...HOWEVER, having said that they may have changed the way some say it...temporarily
Theres many many other people committing crimes and being lawless because they can get away with it..
What happens when this is over and thes thugs think well we can do it whenever we want...thats not going to worrk
Democrat Politicians who have encouraged and allowed this have created an untenable situation...
Many Democrats in the past where thrown out of office by democrats who lived in fear in high crime uncontrolled neighborhoods...and lastly
All the people that say they hate the police...always wind up begging for more police presence when they are under seige by crime in their neighborhoods.
People are fleeing NYC in never before seen numbers..can you imagine the tax drain that they city cannot afford...the damage the state and city cant afford...They are banking on Biden winning and him raising taxs through the roof to pay for all this

That may turn out to be true...but this time the Democrat Politicians empowered and encouraged them, they didnt do that last time.. this time theyve allowed them to destroy literally billions in property and commit tons of crimes against people property and business...ALLOWED IT

With respect, the issue isn't with police enforcing laws (though anyone with a moral compass can refuse to enforce laws they believe are immoral or unjust), the issue is with how they enforce those laws. Is it illegal to jaywalk? Certainly. Does that mean a police officer needs to bodyslam and arrest someone they see jaywalking? Absolutely not. Give them a ticket and move on.
Is it illegal to violate a curfew? Sure, but that doesn't mean you fire on people who are just standing on their own property not causing any harm because it is two minutes after the curfew took effect.
Likewise, if someone calls in for a wellness check, don't show up to the place and brutalize the person you are supposed to be checking up on.
That's the crux of the issue, and where people are saying reform needs to come in. And where reform doesn't work, defund or disband. It's in how these laws are enforced and the level of force used.
"Those who produce should have, but we know that those who produce the most — that is, those who work hardest, and at the most difficult and most menial tasks, have the least."
