We mentioned this when the soft coup started but dropped the ball on it. This is why Flynn was targeted. The IC (intel community) could not allow itself to be investigated and audited. Flynn was and hopefully still is extremely dangerous to them. With his career in intel, he should know the tricks to really f' these people over.

I don't even know if SCOTUS has jurisdiction to hear an appeal from a judge. If they do, I suspect they want nothing to do with this hot-potato and would not grant cert.

Well considering the DC appeals court "ordered" Sullivan to dismiss the case, the case won't go to SCOTUS. Mostly trying to determine where JakeStarkey is coming from. Seems apparent he's coming from a low information side of the political spectrum.

I heard an interview with Sydney Powell, and she wasn't sure whether Sullivan could appeal or not. Neither am I.

Flynn was persecuted for partisan political purposes. He won't need a pardon. He wasn't convicted of any crime.
