A true success of an economic program wouldn't make the country which has carried it an "attractive target", it makes it an impossible target. if the government of Bolivia is not stable and a coup can be organized this easily, then there is something wrong with that government and its economic program.

The way to stand against foreign intervention is not supporting this corrupt government and its failed program, but presenting the correct alternative to masses, thus making their movement organized, planned and class-conscious.

Are you trying to say that a 51% controlling interest in developing and extremely profitable resource industry in Bolivia is a bad deal ? I thought you understood business......I think it's a far far better deal than a coup to get rid of a very successful leader that has substantially improved the economy and standard of living for all Bolivians.
