Hello, I welcome you as I enjoy discussing other points of view and theocracies.
This is my chance to return the hospitality I was shown in Iranian homes.
I have a question for you then...How hard is it for you to be in a highly religious controlled state, yet carry the banner of an atheist ideology?
I know with the other Iranians I knew and worked with, I was accepted because I at least was one of the children of Abraham.
So how hard is it for you to go about your day-to-day life with others knowing this?

When it is not allowed to be questioned, it is not science, it is PROPAGANDA

Its hard. even from the childhood, you should pretend that you believe in the governmental ideology. those who help the government to preserve its rule, always hold the upper ranks and are able to ruin your career and life whenever they wish to do so. of course, they pretend as well, they don't believe in anything, its all about wealth and power.
As a result, despite having rich natural resources and many educated people, Iran is one of the worst mismanaged and corrupt countries in the world. even the rulers send their children to live abroad, in the countries which, according to them, are enemies of Iran.

Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

I have some suspicions on this one.

Hi Javad, I new here as well. I can't say I will agree with you on anything, but I believe in free speech, if this board actually allows it, and will support you in whatever horsecrap you want to shovel about communism or your ridiculous Iranian muslim theocracy you all have going there in Iran.
Welcome.
Well welcome!
I'm an American, but they tell me I'm not a very good one. I used to be a Marxist. Back when I was, my perspective fluctuated, but was in the Maoist orbit most of the time. In particular, I used to belong to a weird, obscure political cult called the Leading Light Communist Organization for a while before getting demoralized and sort of inventing my own little brand of futurist Marxism, the remnants of which you can see in my very outdated blog that's linked in my signature. I gave up on Marxism five years ago though and today regard myself as a kind of communalist anarchist more or less in the vein of the YPG in Syria.
Anyway, your presence here is definitely welcome as far as I'm concerned. It's good to have somebody here I suspect I might at least be able to talk to halfway intelligently about topics like socialism from time to time! You'll likely have a tough time of that here outside of conversing with the likes of myself and @Green Arrow because this is a pretty conservative, right wing message board overall. Green Arrow and I are the resident socialists.

Do you believe that a person has the right to work for their own good? That they can strive to better their own lives without the oppression of a dictatorial government?
You come across as an Individualist on a certain level. Hanging around here will be a great exercise in Individuality for you.
So, come in and get your feet wet.

Hello @Javad, and welcome! As @IMPress Polly said, I’m one of two resident socialists/communists on the board, at least as far as those who are willing to be open about it. I look forward to our discussions! Solidarity, my brother!
