In case anyone has any questions about the Dumpster Boy actually being able to get this done, even in the unlikely even he was to win.
It's a campaign ploy for his dwindling base - Nothing more/ Nothing less.
Trump's order may fuel further conflict in Congress, which would likely have to provide funding for any national monument garden.
"To the extent that Congress even wants to engage is likely to be extremely contentious," said Carl Tobias, the Williams Professor of Law at the University of Richmond, who added that Trump will likely to need support from Congress to fund the monuments with an appropriations bill.

It’s actually far more accurate to say that Senators from Northern states (of both parties) passed the bill. Here’s the party/geographic breakdown of the final Senate vote (percentages voting in favor of passage):
Southern Democrats - 5%
Southern Republicans - 0%
Northern Democrats - 98%
Northern Republicans - 84%
Of the 73 votes in favor of final passage, 46 were Democrats and 27 were Republicans. 72 of the 73 were from Northern states (Democrat Ralph Yarborough of Texas was the one exception).

i CAN SEE A GARDEN OF DEMO NATIONAL HEROS,
Louis Farrakhan, reverend wright g damn america, the Weather Underground, Bradly manning, , the Ayatollahs ,Oscar López Rivera, the leaders of Antifa and BLM who were involved in the riots and looting, Robert Byrd the democrat kkk congressman, Jeffrey Epstein, Bill Cosby bill clinton. And thats just some of the demo hero s they would start with.
The Republicans were the minority party. There was not enough Democratic support for the bill. It took Republican support to pass the 1964 civil rights act.
