But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain — that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist.

They used a minor virus to force people to wear a mask, force people to close their businesses, and it's only a matter of time before they force vaccinations. You have no rights, zero, none. It was all a mirage from the state, what freedoms you had were given by the state and will eventually be taken away by the state.

This is an interesting article, based on older research that claims the American colonies had it good under Great Britain and should not have declared independence. One big part of the research showed that the tax burden from pre-revolution to the founding of the new nation in 1783 tripled.
Colonial patriot (edit) industrialists like Hamilton and Revere didn't have it so good either, so no, it wasn't a mistake.

His arguments speak for themselves, so it's not really a matter of credibility.

Yet, since the Declaration of Independence and Constitution many countries have tried to follow suit because it was the first time in human history that the people were not the serfs of the ruling elite. The American form of government may not be perfect but it is better than any of the alternatives. The democrat far left want to change that. The Constitution hampers their authoritarian tendencies.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

They bear some blame. The document should have been written more definitively with even more individual rights. There were too many holes that the Marxists and Communists found.

"All men are created equal" was a truly unfortunate choice of words.

Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I often think they left out one key word. Compare "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." with "Each State retains its Sovereignty, freedom and independence, and every Power, Jurisdiction and right, which is not by this confederation expressly delegated to the United States in Congress assembled."
Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire. ― Gustav Mahler
