I think the Elk stature falls into the White Privileged scheme, more white people hunt because whites are privileged, so the elk is a symbol of that because more white people hunt.

I didn't find a supporting citation from the Democrat media. No surprise there. This article is four years old but have things gotten better in Chicago or anywhere else. We see cities working hard to make it worse and we don't hear a peep from BLM about black lives lost...unless it fits their political narrative.
All Live Matter and BLM can pound sand and Democrats can keep kneeling and groveling. It's what they do while people die.
