You do know that you are preaching to the choir here don't you.

You want to change you bring Capitalism to the Education system, You take that money that goes to the system and you attach it to the child and let these parents send their kids to any school that they want too, and you can change what is happening to the poor communities in One Generation

You want to give Hope to a Community You give them Jobs. Let them take pride in themselves and the community that they are rebuilding You give me a community with Hope and I will give you one that will be a shining light to the world

Yes Elmo. And the Marxist liberal progressive democrat educational system in this country for the last 70 years has trained generations to not be responsible for themselves. The irony of the liberal progressive democrat establishment is that they promise individual freedom while they gradually make individuals more and more dependent on Gov't. Individual freedom and liberty is not another DC politician program, individual freedom is that if you create a life, you care for the life you created. Self responsibility, not the responsibility of society at large as democrats want everyone to think.
