Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

He was asked to resign by Gov. McAuliffe; I don't think they could force him because it was an Alford plea and the Virginia legislature would require a big, bipartisan vote to get rid of him. If you read that article, it seems as though people historically opt to resign when asked due to a conviction/prison sentence. That said, I'm not sure how he got re-elected.
