    Mahomes 450 million dollar contract

Patrick Mahomes just signed a 10 year 450 million dollar contract extension. That’s pushing a half billion dollars.

Of course he’s not going to get paid 450 million dollars. I don’t know how much of that money is guaranteed, but still, he’s set...

The $477 is what is guaranteed. Full contract is 10 years for $503 mil. Definitely insane, but the kid certainly earned it.

This is why they were putting off paying Chris Jones, lol

Where does the NFL get $450 million to pay one player when viewership is about to be permanently flushed down the toilet beginning this year?

Is that the old 1980's "build it and they will come?" magic mentality for creating wealth and prosperity?

    Is that anywhere near credible?

He should redistribute it to people in need.

No, your claim that the NFL is going to significantly lose viewership this year is not credible.

The reported structure of the deal is very interesting. While it is a large amount of money, there are a few things to take into account. Over the next 4 years, Mahomes is still going to make less than Ryan Tannehill. By the time the contract is up, other QBs will very likely get paid a lot more. He'll still be at a prime age when it's up.

Boy, he sure did, didn't he? LOL. That's the most absurd remark I've seen on this board in 30 minutes or so.

Do tell. They all do to one extent or another, as their publicity agents advise them.
